Abstract
Pengukuran energi listrik terbagi menjadi dua jenis, salah satunya yaitu pengukuran tidak langsung dengan menggunakan kWh meter 3 fasa dengan menggunakan bantuan Current Transformator (CT) yang terpisah. kWh meter dengan jenis tersebut menggunakan sistem Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), dimana sistem ini dapat mengendalikan kWh meter dalam jarak yang jauh serta status dan catatan pembebanan pelanggan dapat termonitor. kWh meter jenis ini berpotensi terjadi gangguan, salah satunya seperti kerusakan pada Current Transformer (CT). Kasus ini terjadi pada salah satu pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng, dimana terdapat pada data diagram fasor kWh meter pelanggan tersebut vektor arus fasa – S nya hilang, sehingga dilakukan observasi langsung di lapangan dan mendapatkan temuan Current Transformer (CT) fasa – S nya terbakar. Setelah dilakukan pengusutan, kerusakan telah terjadi selama 4 bulan dari bulan Februari hingga Mei tahun 2022. Agar perusahaan PLN tidak mengalami kerugian akibat penggunaan energi listrik yang tidak terukur, oleh karena itu dilakukan perhitungan tagihan susulan setelah dilakukan proses perbaikan. Dari hasil perhitungan tagihan susulan didapatkan energi kurang tagih yaitu sebesar 25.087,8 kWh dan tagihan pelanggan sebesar Rp 36.244.344,66.
Measurement of electrical energy is divided into two types, one of which is indirect measurement using a 3-phase kWh meter using a separate Current Transformer (CT). This type of kWh meter uses an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system, where this system can control the kWh meter over long distances and monitor customer loading status and records. This type of kWh meter has the potential to cause interference, one of which is damage to the Current Transformer (CT). This case occurred in one of the customers of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng, where in the data of the customer's kWh meter phasor diagram the current vector of the -S phase was lost, so direct observations were made in the field and obtained the findings of the Phase -S Current Transformer (CT). it burns. After the investigation was carried out, the damage had occurred for 4 months from February to May 2022. So that the PLN company did not suffer losses due to the use of unmeasured electrical energy, a follow-up bill was calculated after the repair process was carried out. From the calculation of the follow-up bill,get less energi 25.087,8 kWh and it was found that the customer bill was Rp. 36,244,344.66.
