Penggantian Kilo Watt Hour Meter (KWH meter) analog ini pada saat dilakukannya pengukuran kWh lama pada pelanggan didapatkan persentase yang melebihi yang telah ditetapkan oleh oleh PT PLN (Persero). Pada PT. PLN ULP Rajapolah masih terpasang kWh meter tipe Actaris tahun buatan 2009, 2010 yang sering dilaporkan terdapat anomali pada pengukuran energi listrik yang menyebabkan tidak sesuainya pengukuran energi listrik pada pelanggan. Maka sebab itu dilakukan pemeriksaan pada nilai error kWh meter bertipe actaris serta dilakukan penggantian kWh meter jika nilai error nya melebihi batas kesalahan sebesar >10% dan menghitung penambahan tagihan pemakaian listrik pelanggan yang di sebabkan error kWh meternya. Didapatkan hasil nilai error kWh meter yakni 46,5%, 23,9%, 26,3%, 15,7% dan 32,9% dan Didapatkan nilai error sesudah melakukan pergantian kWh meter 0,657%, 0,96%, 0,56%, 0,2% dan 0,45% yang mendapat kan hasil nilai error kembali normal tidak melebihi >10%. Setelah dilakukan penggantian kWh meter terhitung hasil penambahan tagihan pada pelanggan yang nilai error nya melebihi batas sebesar Rp. 3.128.557,88.
