The reliability of the power distribution system is an important aspect in ensuring the continuity of electricity supply to customers. This study aims to analyze the level of reliability of the electricity distribution system at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng using two main indicators, namely SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). This method is used to evaluate the average duration and average frequency of interruptions experienced by customers during a certain period. The data used is distribution interruption data for the past year. The results of the analysis show that the SAIDI and SAIFI values in some working areas still exceed the standards set by PLN, which indicates the need to improve the protection system, network maintenance, and optimize disturbance management. These findings are expected to be the basis for formulating strategies to improve the reliability of electricity distribution in the UP3 Cengkareng working area
