The provision of electricity at PLN or the State Electricity Company is very much needed by customers for the quality provided by the company, therefore a standard of PLN services is made for customers. One of them is the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system service which can read the kWh meter remotely and automatically so that there are no Errors in recording the kWh meter which records the use of electrical energy every month. PLN is required to ensure that the Kwh meter is installed properly and correctly. PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Palu has 1,750 customers who use this Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), where in this study the application of the use of the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system is used to detect disturbances in measuring electrical energy in the loss of voltage on one phase and unmeasured current. In this study, the author discusses a customer who experienced a disturbance, namely the customer under the name PALU RIQTOM, who experienced a loss of phase R current on the kWh meter that occurred between January 2025 and February 2025. If this disturbance is not immediately addressed, it will result in inaccurate electrical energy measurements and cause losses for both PLN and the customer, who must cover the outstanding payment. For this customer, it is recorded in data number 1 that the unmeasured energy amounted to 231.21 kWh, which was converted to a financial loss of Rp 239,325.64. Meanwhile, in data number 1865, the unmeasured energy was 22.356 kWh, valued at Rp 23,045.33.
