A study entitled "Comparative Analysis of Preventive Methods Before and After Maintenance on Accuracy and Lifespan of Kwh Meters at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Panakkukang" has been conducted. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of preventive maintenance methods in maintaining accuracy and extending the lifespan of three-phase kWh meters in the PT PLN (Persero) ULP Panakkukang environment. The technique of collecting customer damage data, analyzing the level of accuracy and evaluating the lifespan of kWh meters before and after the implementation of both maintenance methods for 10 customers in the period 2022-2024 has been used. The results obtained show that after preventive maintenance, the average error percentage of kWh meters decreased from around -1.15% to -0.85% so that the accuracy of the tool significantly increased after maintenance. Thus, preventive maintenance is more effective in maintaining accuracy and extending the lifespan of kWh meters so that it can be concluded that periodic preventive maintenance is highly recommended to improve the reliability of the electrical energy measurement system and minimize the risk of losses due to errors in energy recording
