Pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja proses produksi ikan konsumsi bagi sebuah lembaga pengembangan budidaya perikanan adalah hal yang sangat penting dilakukan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan produksi ikan konsumsi tersebut telah dicapai dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan pengamatan di Balai Besar Pengembangan Budidaya Laut Lampung, pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja proses produksi ikan konsumsi belum berjalan efektif. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah adanya keterlambatan penyampaian informasi sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan penanganan proses produksi ikan konsumsi. pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja proses produksi yang sifatnya konvensional ini tentu akan mempengaruhi kinerja pengembangan budidaya perikanan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian tugas akhir ini berupaya memecahkan masalah lemahnya pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja proses produksi ikan konsumsi dengan pendekatan "management dashboard" yang secara sistematis akan menyajikan hasil pengelolaan Key Performance Indicator (KPI), yang meliputi survival rate, data pertumbuhan, konversi penggunaan pakan (FCR) dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja proses produksi ikan konsumsi dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat membantu pengambilan tindakan atau keputusan untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses produksi ikan konsumsi yang sedang berlangsung.

The performance measurement and monitoring of the production process of fish for consumption is a very important thing to do for aquaculture development. It is intended to see how far the success rate of production of fish for consumption has been achieved within a certain time. Based on observations at Balai Besar Pengembangan Budidaya Laut Lampung, performance measurement and monitoring of the production process of fish for consumption has not been effective. One of the reasons is the delay in the delivery of information so the impact on the delay in the handling of production process of fish for consumption. Performance measurement and monitoring of production processes which are done conventionally will certainly affect the performance of the overall development of aquaculture. This research attempts to solve the problem of lack of performance measurement and monitoring of the production process of fish for consumption with a "management dashboard" that systematically will present the results of management of Key Performance Indicator (KPI), which include survival rate, growth data, feed conversion ratio (FCR) and quality water. The results of this research suggests that performance measurement and monitoring of the production process of fish for consumption can be done effectively and efficiently so that it can help the action or decision making to improve the production process performance of the ongoing fish for consumption.
