Abstract

Geographically, Indonesia is located on the equator, which makes Indonesia have a tropical climate with two climates, namely the rainy season and the dry season, making Indonesia a country rich in renewable energy. For example, sunlight can be converted into electrical energy. Electrical energy is an energy that is very necessary for humans to carry out daily activities, both for personal needs and public facilities. With the presence of Solar Panels, it can help supply additional electrical energy, especially for personal use such as in households. In this study, a Low Cost Photovoltaic Cleaner design was created that is integrated with the Internet Of Things (IoT) so that users can clean Solar Panels automatically whenever they want. With its automatic use and easily accessible materials, it can reduce panel damage, the risk of work errors and help users because the cleaning tools on the market are still not accessible to all users. The results of previous research tests regarding the output power of cleaned Solar Panels can increase the electrical energy produced, so that cleaning Solar Panels can increase the efficiency of Solar Panels
