Abstract
High Pressure Transfer Pump (HPTP) adalah pompa yang berfungsi memindahkan air / liquid dari satu penampungan ke penampungan lain, bisa secara manual ataupun otomatis. Sistem yang paling umum digunakan di PLTGU adalah otomatis (Automatic Single/Alternate), artinya 2 pompa bekerja bergantian (1 duty, 1 standby). Besar kecilnya pompa transfer disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan debit/kapasitas dan tinggi/jauhnya jaringan (Total Head). Transfer pump berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air dari LP drum melalui HP economizer menuju ke HP drum. Tiap pompa memiliki kapasitas 100%, sehingga satu pompa operassi dan satu pompa stand-by. Suction line transfer pump bercabang dari suction line yang terhubung ke LP drum. Tipe high pressure transfer pump yang ada di PLTGU Tambak Lorok Semarang adalah Type MC100-300/9. Dari penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui daya pompa dan cara perawatan dari pompa HP Transfer. Hasil perhitungan daya pompa HP Transfer Pump didapat daya hidrolik 149,54 �� dan daya poros 191,72 ��.
High Pressure Transfer Pump (HPTP) is a pump that functions to move water / liquid from one shelter to another, either manually or automatically. The most commonly used system in the power plant is automatic (Automatic Single / Alternate), meaning that 2 pumps work alternately (1 duty, 1 standby). The size of the transfer pump is adjusted to the needs of the discharge / capacity and the height / distance of the network (Total Head). The transfer pump functions to drain water from the LP drum through the HP economizer to the HP drum. Each pump has a capacity of 100%, so one operational pump and one pump stand-by. The suction line transfer pump branched out from the suction line connected to the LP drum. The type of high pressure transfer pump in the Tambak Lorok PLTGU Semarang is Type MC100-300 / 9. From this study the authors wanted to find out the pump power and how to care of the HP Transfer pump. The results of the calculation of HP Transfer Pump pump power obtained hydraulic power of 149,54 kW and shaft power of 191,72 kW.
