Abstract
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Gresik memiliki keseluruhan kapasitas dayanya sebesar 600 MW. Terkhususnya pada PLTU Unit 3 PT PJB UP Gresik berkapasitas 200 MW. Setiap peralatan mesin di pembangkit akan mengalami penurunan mutu baik segi fisik maupun performa sehingga perlu adanya overhaul. PT PJB membuat sebuah manajemen untuk mengatur semua kegiatan overhaul yaitu Management Outage. Di penelitian ini penulis menjelaskan bagaimana pengaplikasian Management Outage pada saat overhaul dengan melalui kegiatan pengukuran clearance pada turbin. Kegiatan overhaul ini adalah kegiatan pemeliharaan rutin yang dilakukan setiap 16.000 jam sekali (Medium Inspection). Dengan adanya Management Outage kegiatan pemeliharaan rutin (overhaul) direncanakan dan dipersiapkan dengan sempurna harus dilakukan karena sesuai dengan desain dari pabrikannya untuk menjaga kondisi turbin tetap baik. Dari data yang di dapat ada beberapa pengukuran yang over clearance yaitu pada radial spill strip, gland labirin dan nozzle diapragma. Sehingga perlu dilakukan repair/diganti.
The Gresik Steam Power Plant has an overall power capacity of 600 MW. Especially in the Unit 3 PLTU PT PJB UP Gresik with a capacity of 200 MW. Every machine tool in the plant will experience a decrease in quality both in terms of physical and performance, so there needs to be an overhaul. PT PJB created a management to manage all overhaul activities, namely Management Outage. In this study, the author explains how the application of Management Outage during overhaul by going through turbine clearance measurements. This overhaul is a routine maintenance activity that is carried out every 16,000 hours (Medium Inspection). With the Management Outage, routine maintenance activities (overhauls) planned and prepared perfectly must be done because it is in accordance with the design of the manufacturer to maintain the condition of the turbine remains good. From the data, there can be several measurements that are over clearance, namely the radial spill strip, the labyrinth gland and the diapragm nozzle. So it needs to be repaired / replaced.
