Abstract

Daily life cannot be separated from electricity, which is now a basic necessity. Almost every device we use requires electricity, including lights. However, along with the times, the need for electricity continues to increase, while many sources still utilize fossil energy as the main source, which is not only limited but also causes pollution. Therefore, we designed a hybrid generator that can generate electricity from two natural sources, namely the sun and vibration. This device is equipped with a solar tracker, the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight, and the solar tracker automatically moves the panel following the movement of the sun from morning to evening. In addition, piezoelectric sensors are installed in areas that are frequently stepped on or exposed to vibrations, such as the
floor of a house, or a walkway. Thus, whenever people walk by or vibrations occur, the device will convert the pressure into electricity. The electricity generated from the combination of these two sources will be collected and stored in a battery, which is then used to power automatic LED lights in homes, yards, parks, and public places. Thus, at night, the lights can be turned on using renewable energy collected throughout the day, without the need to rely on PLN.
