Proyek konstruksi merupakan bentuk dari kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas, dengan sumber daya tertentu, untuk mencapai hasil dalam bentuk bangunan atau infrastruktur. Panel dinding precast merupakan salah satu metode konstruksi yang merupakan pengembangan dari teknologi beton. Berkaitan dengan pembangunannya metode precast harus memenuhi aspek biaya, mutu, waktu. Pada kenyataannya dari ketiga aspek tersebut mutu menjadi aspek yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari pelaksana proyek dibanding dengan biaya dan waktu. Padahal jika ditinjau lebih jauh mutu yang tidak sesuai dengan persyratan quality dan spesifikasi yang sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) perusahaan, akan memberikan dampak resiko yang menyebabkan biaya bertambah dan target waktu pekerjaan menjadi mundur. Oleh karena itu untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan monitoring pengendalian mutu serta rekomendasi nilai dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan panel dinding precast, agar target mutu PC panel dapat terpenuhi sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan kualitas rencana perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan observasi dilapangan. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa dalam tahap persiapan pengujian material, kuat tekan beton kubus umur PC panel 14-30 hari memenuhi mutu rencana K-400. Tahap pelaksanaan produksi dan erection kualitasnya baik sesuai dengan spesifikasi quality perusahaan. Tahap perawatan precast concrete panel memenuhi standar dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan hasilnya, serta faktor waktu pekerjaan sesuai dengan schedule rencana.

Construction project is an activity that has limited time, and resources, to achieve results of buildings or infrastructure. Precast wall panel is one of the construction method which is developed in concrete technology. Construction precast method must met cost, quality, time requirement. Nevertheless, quality becomes the least important aspect in the eye of project implementer compared to the cost and time. Reviewed further, the quality that is not in accordance with the quality plan requirements and specifications the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the company, will add the negative impact of risks that cause the cost increases and delay in project schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor quality control and recommendation of value in the implementation of panel wall precast work, so that PC panel quality targets can be fulfilled the specifications and quality of the company's plan. Research methods used to conduct this research are interview and field observation. The research resulted that in the preparation stage of material testing, the compressive strength of the cube aged PC panel of 14-30 days meet the quality of K-400 plan. The implementation stage of production and erection of good quality in accordance with the company's quality plan specifications. Stage maintenance panel precast concrete also meet the standards and can be accounted for results, as well as time factor of work in accordance with schedule plan.
