Program Peningkatan Kualitas Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (PKRTLH) adalah program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kondisi perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Penyaluran bantuan program ini sering kali tidak tepat sasaran karena banyaknya kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada klasifikasi penerima bantuan PKRTLH di Kecamatan Tanjung Tebat, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Data Penelitian diperoleh dari Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Lahat dengan total sebanyak 246 data. Proses penelitian ini mengikuti tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) yang meliputi seleksi data, praproses, transformasi, penerapan algoritma Naïve Bayes serta evaluasi hasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode Naïve Bayes menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 93% dalam mengklasifikasikan penerima bantuan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes efektif dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima bantuan PKRTLH, sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketepatan penyaluran bantuan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pemerintah dan instansi terkait dalam proses penyaluran bantuan perumahan serta mendorong penerapan teknologi untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan efisien.

The Quality Improvement Program for Uninhabitable Homes (PKRTLH) is a government program that aims to improve housing conditions for low-income people. The distribution of this program assistance is often not on target because of the many criteria that must be considered. This research focuses on the classification of PKRTLH beneficiaries in Tanjung Tebat District, South Sumatra Province using the Naïve Bayes method. Research data was obtained from the Public Housing, Settlement and Land Agency of Lahat Regency with a total of 246 data. This research process follows the stages of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) which includes data selection, preprocessing, transformation, application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and evaluation of results. Based on the research results, the Naïve Bayes method shows an accuracy of 93% in classifying aid recipients. This research concludes that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is effective in determining the eligibility of PKRTLH beneficiaries, so as to improve the accuracy of aid distribution. The results of this research are expected to be a guide for the government and related agencies in the process of distributing housing assistance and encourage the application of technology for more accurate and efficient decision making.
