Penting bagi mahasiswa untuk diberikan pembekalan atau pelatihan manajemen keterampilan dan kompetensi soft skills agar mahasiswa dapat menghadapi berbagai tantangan masa kini di era revolusi industri 4.0. Namun, dilema yang sering terjadi diantara kalangan mahasiswa saat ini adalah kurangnya memahami kompetensi soft skills apa saja yang mendukung proses belajar dan menunjang prestasinya, untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa. Dimotivasi oleh keberhasilan Fuzzy dalam analisis kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa, pendekatan Fuzzy Logic telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan faktor dan indikator yang mempengaruhi kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa dan mengembangkan aplikasi Fuzzyskills Asses berbasis python serta menghasilkan pengklasifikasiannya. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dengan jumlah populasi data sebanyak 222 orang mahasiswa dan dataset sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa yang merupakan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Faktor dalam kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa yang dianalisis adalah problem solving, communication, teamwork, dan leadership, serta parameter yang mempengaruhi penilaian kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa yaitu kontribusi, empati, sinergi, tanggung jawab, keterlibatan, dan lain sebagainya. Adapun hasil pemodelan fuzzy yang diuji pada inferensi fuzzy dan defuzzifikasi dengan metode centroid, didapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 96%, precision 1.00, recall 0.96, F1-score 0.97. Dari hasil pemodelan fuzzy tersebut didapatkan juga hasil klasifikasi yaitu mahasiswa lulus sebesar 90%, dan tidak lulus sebesar 10%. Sehingga hasil analisis terhadap kompetensi soft skill dan pemodelan fuzzy dapat disimpulkan berhasil dan akurat.

It is important for students to be provided with skills management and soft skills competencies so that students can face various challenges today in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, a dilemma that often occurs among students today is the lack of understanding of what soft skills competencies support the learning process and support their achievements, for this reason it is necessary to analyze the soft skills competencies of students. Motivated by the success of Fuzzy in analyzing students' soft skills competencies, the Fuzzy Logic approach has been carried out in this study to determine the factors and indicators that affect students' soft skills competencies and create a python-based Fuzzyskills Asses application and produce its classification. The experimental results show a high level of accuracy with a population of 222 students and a dataset of 100 students who are samples in this study. Factors in student soft skills competencies analyzed are problem solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as parameters that affect the assessment of student soft skills competencies, namely contribution, empathy, synergy, responsibility, involvement, and so on. The results of fuzzy modeling tested on fuzzy inference and defuzzification with the centroid method, obtained an accuracy value of 96%, precision 1.00, recall 0.96, F1-score 0.97. From the results of the fuzzy modeling, the classification results were also obtained, namely 90% of students passed, and 10% did not pass. So that the results of the analysis of soft skill competencies and fuzzy modeling can be concluded to be successful and accurate.
