Abstract
Kamal Muara, yang terletak di pesisir utara Jakarta, rentan terhadap banjir akibat penurunan muka tanah. Sistem polder Kamal Muara dibangun sebagai solusi pengendalian banjir pada daerah yang lebih rendah dari muka air laut. Penelitian ini menganalisis kapasitas tampung saluran pengumpul existing dengan pembebanan kala ulang 5, 10, dan 25 tahun. Perhitungan dilakukan berdasarkan kondisi existing dengan mempertimbangkan sedimentasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.6 menunjukkan bahwa saluran pengumpul existing tidak mampu menampung debit rancangan pada setiap kala ulang (5,10 dan 25 tahun), dilakukan pengujian ulang dengan melakukan pengerukan sedimen pada dasar saluran dengan kedalaman 0,5 m sepanjang saluran. Pengerukan sedimen menujukan tingkat efektivitas pengurangan tinggi luapan pada kala ulang 5 tahun pada bagian hulu wilayah penelitian sebesar 91% pada STA 0 + 000 hingga STA 0 + 805, penurunan tinggi luapan sebesar 45% pada STA 0 + 805 hingga STA 0 +845, penurunan tinggi luapan sebesar 46% pada STA 0 + 845 hingga STA 1 +367, bagian hilir mengalami penurunan tinggi luapan sebesar 54% pada STA 1 + 367 hingga STA 1 +490.
Kamal Muara, which is situated on the northern coast of Jakarta, is vulnerable to flooding due to land subsidence. The Kamal Muara polder system was constructed as a flood control measure for areas located below sea level. This study evaluates the storage capacity of the existing collector channel under return periods of 5, 10, and 25 years. Calculations were performed based on existing conditions while considering sedimentation. The analysis using HEC-RAS 6.6 revealed that the existing collector channel is unable to accommodate the design discharge for all return periods (5, 10, and 25 years). A re-evaluation was conducted by dredging sediment from the channel bed to a depth of 0.5 meters along the entire channel. The dredging results indicated that overflow still occurred under all design discharge loads (5, 10, and 25 years). However, sediment dredging demonstrated effectiveness in reducing overflow levels, with a 91% reduction at STA 0+000 to STA 0+805, a 45% reduction at STA 0+805 to STA 0+845, a 46% reduction at STA 0+845 to STA 1+367, and a 54% reduction at STA 1+367 to STA 1+490.
