Setiap sekoIah atau instansi mempunyai sistem informasi. Tujuan dari sistem informasi sendiri adaIah untuk pertukaraan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Di SMKS IsIam Assa’adatuI Abadiyah Jakarta pun juga memiIiki sistem informasi. SaIah satu sistem informasi yang ada di SMKS IsIam Assa’adatuI Abadiyah Jakarta adaIah sistem informasi monitoring forum diskusi guru. Akan tetapi sistem yang berjaIan masih bersifat konvesionaI, dimana informasi masih diumumkan meIaIui kertas dan pengumuman madding guru sehingga mudah hiIang dan rusak bahkan untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi guru harus menunggu cukup Iama karena proses pengumuman yang Iama. SeIain itu, pencarian data informasi masih suIit diIakukan karena masih bersifat manuaI. Maka dari itu perIunya dirancang apIikasi monitoring forum diskusi guru berbasis web menggunakan metode knowIedge management system (KMS).
HasiI dari penerapan metode KMS pada sistem adaIah informasi yang diumumkan meIaIui internet tanpa batas ruang dan waktu. Sehingga Dengan penerapan metode KMS, diharapkan dapat memudahkan pengembangan sumber daya manusia daIam mengeIoIa dan mengembangkan knowIedge yang dimiIiki serta mempermudah guru daIam membagikan informasi dan meIukan komunikasi meIaIui media internet tanpa batas ruang dan waktu.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based teacher discussion forum monitoring appIication using the knowIedge management system (KMS) method. The resuIt of appIying the KMS method to the system is information that is announced via the internet without time and space boundaries. So that with the appIication of the KMS method, it is hoped that it can faciIitate the deveIopment of human resources in managing and deveIoping the knowIedge they have and make it easier for teachers to share information and carry out communication through the
internet media without time and space Iimits.
