User survey tingkat kepuasan pengguna Alumni merupakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada stakeholder/perusahaan pengguna alumni untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan alumni didunia kerja serta untuk perbaikan kurikulum pembelajaran. User survey tingkat kepuasan pengguna Alumni yang saat ini digunakan masih menggunakan website penyedia layanan form yaitu zohoo form. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi untuk memperoleh data user survey tingkat kepuasan pengguna Alumni sesuai dengan kebutuhan BLKA. Dalam merancang website user survey tingkat kepuasan pengguna Alumni terdapat pertanyaan sebanyak 16 pertanyaan yang diajukan 15 diantaranya diwajibkan untuk diisi termasuk tanda tangan yang bertanggung jawab atas pengisian kuesioner dan untuk 1 pertanyaan yang tidak wajib diisi yaitu usulan untuk peningkatan kualitas lulusan. Hasil dari “aplikasi user survey tingkat kepuasan pengguna alumni berbasis web” adalah laporan dari form kuesioner yang sudah diisi oleh perusahaan pengguna Alumni yang dapat diunduh oleh admin dan juga grafik dari kompetensi Alumni selama bekerja di perusahaan.

User survey on the level of satisfaction of Alumni users is a questionnaire containing questions posed to stakeholders/companies using alumni to measure the extent to which alumni are able to work in the world of work and to improve the learning curriculum. The user survey of the level of satisfaction of Alumni users currently used is still using the form service provider website, namely the zohoo form. This study aims to design and build an application to obtain user survey data on the level of satisfaction of Alumni users in accordance with BLKA needs. In designing a user survey website for the level of Alumni user satisfaction, there are 16 questions asked, 15 of which are required to be filled in including the signature responsible for filling out the questionnaire and for 1 question that is not mandatory, namely a proposal to improve the quality of graduates. The results of the "web-based user satisfaction level survey application for alumni users" are reports from questionnaire forms that have been filled out by Alumni user companies that can be downloaded by the admin and also graphs of Alumni competencies while working at the company.
