Di masa sekarang, kebutuhan akan produk skincare semakin meningkat. Pria dan wanita akan lebih percaya diri ketika kulit mereka bersih dan terawat. CK Beauty Clinic memberikan pelayanan berupa perawatan tubuh dan wajah di bawah pengawasan Dokter Estetika. Saat ini, CK Beauty Clinic melaksanakan pelayanan jasanya secara konvensional. Pasien harus datang langsung ke klinik. Pasien juga dihadapkan pada kemungkinan antre sehingga waktunya terbuang. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pakar Penentuan Treatment Wajah Berbasis Web untuk membantu dokter estetika di CK Beauty Clinic mempercepat pelayanannya. Pasien dapat melakukan konsultasi melalui sistem tanpa harus bertemu secara langsung dengan dokter. Pasien hanya perlu mengisi gejala-gejala yang diderita kemudian sistem akan menampilkan diagnosa treatment, informasi treatment, dan saran perawatan treatment. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Forward Chaining agar dapat menghasilkan keputusan diagnosis sesuai dengan diagnosis dokter. Data terdiri dari 34 treatment, 41 gejala dan 34 rules. Sistem pakar ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Pengujian terhadap sistem pakar dilakukan dengan Blackbox testing. Hasil yang dicapai adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu digunakan konsumen untuk memberikan solusi penentuan perawatan kulit wajah sesuai permasalahan kulit pada CK Beauty Clinic.

CK Beauty Clinic provides services for the body and facial treatments under the supervision of an Aesthetic Doctor. Currently, CK Beauty Clinic carries out its services conventionally. The patient must come directly to the clinic. Patients also face the possibility of queuing that wasting time. Therefore, an application of expert system to determine facial treatment is needed to help aesthetic doctors at CK Beauty Clinic accelerate their services. Patients can conduct consultations through the system without having to meet directly with the doctor. Patients only need to fill in the symptoms they are experiencing then the system will display disease diagnoses, disease information, and disease treatment suggestions. This system uses the Forward Chaining method to produce a diagnosis decision according to the doctor's diagnosis. The data consists of 34 treatment, 41 symptoms and 34 rules. This expert system makes using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Testing of the expert system done by Blackbox testing. This study aims to produce a web-based application that consumers can use to provide solutions for determining facial skincare according to skin problems at CK Beauty Clinic.
