Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini, membuat Aplikasi Sistem Monitoring Garansi Material di PT.PLN(Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk. Dalam prosesnya pengawasan masa berlaku garansi dari material masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, pengecekan dan tidak terkontrol dengan baik. data. Sehingga Aplikasi Sistem Monitoring Garansi Material ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem monitoring pada garansi material PLN agar proses klaim garansi atas material yang rusak dapat dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi sistem monitoring garansi dalam menunjang proses pemantauan garansi gudang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk. Serta untuk mengetahui proses pengendalian kualitas karena dengan memperhatikan laporan atas material-material yang sudah mengalami kerusakan sebelum habisnya masa garansi. Pembuatan aplikasi ini dibuat denggan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) sebagai sistem pengembangan perangkat lunak berdasarkan keinginan client terkait. Kemudian aplikasi diuji coba menggunakan ISO/IEC 9126-1, dengan pengujian yang dibagi menjadi 4 (empat) karakteristik utama yaitu Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency. didapatkan hasil analisis reliabilitas sebesar 85.73%, sistem ini tergolong kedalam kategori sangat baik. Sehingga, Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu pegawai masa garansi material yang ada di PT.PLN(Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk
The purpose of this research, create a Material warranty Monitoring application System at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk. In the process of monitoring the warranty validity of the material is still done manually, so that it is possible to occur in recording, checking and not controlled properly. Data. Therefore, the Material warranty Monitoring Application System aims to design a monitoring system on the PLN material guarantee so that the warranty claim process for damaged materials can and implement the application of the warranty Monitoring system in Support process of warehouse guarantee monitoring PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk. As well as to know the process of quality control because by paying attention to the report of materials that have suffered damage before the expiration of the warranty period. The creation of this application is made by using the method User Centered Design (UCD) as a software development system based on the wishes of the client concerned. Then the application is tested using ISO/IEC 9126-1, with tests divided into 4 (four) key characteristics namely Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency. Obtained by 85.73% reliability analysis, this system is categorized into excellent categories. Therefore, this application can be used to assist the warranty period employees of the materials in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk
