Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat metode sistem monitoring timbangan online pada kelapa sawit. Proses monitoring timbangan kelapa sawit masih dilakukan dengan cara datang ke lokasi timbangan dan proses pencatatan hasil timbangan dilakukan secara manual. Proses penimbangan kelapa sawit untuk mendapatkan hasil data timbangan menggunakan metode sequential searching. Sequential searching akan mencari dan mencocokan hasil timbangan berdasarkan id code yang terdapat pada RFID. RFID berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi objek, berat In (mobil yang berisi kelapa sawit) dan berat Out (mobil kosong) berdasarkan id code yang terdapat pada setiap RFID tag. Sensor Load cell digunakan sebagai pengukur berat beban dengan skala kecil (maksimal 20kg). Untuk mendapatkan hasil berat bersih diperoleh dari selisih berat In dan berat Out yang diproses menggunakan metode Sequential searching dan dikirim ke web melalui modul GSM Sim900A. Algoritma sequential searching dapat di implementasikan pada pencarian dan pencocokan data hasil timbangan berdasarkan id code yang terdapat pada RFID dengan waktu rata – rata 30,83 detik untuk data tersimpan pada web.

The purpose of this study is to create an online weighing monitoring system method for oil palm. The process of monitoring the scale of oil palm is still done by coming to the location of the scales and the process of recording the results of the scales is done manually. The process of weighing oil palm to get the scales using the sequential searching method. Sequential searching will search and match the results of the scales based on the id code contained in the RFID. RFID functions to identify the object, the weight of In (car containing palm oil) and the weight of Out (empty car) based on the id code contained in each RFID tag. Load cell sensor is used as a weight gauge with a small scale (maximum 20kg). To get the net weight results obtained from the difference in the weight of In and Out weight which is processed using the Sequential searching method and sent to the web via the GSM Sim900A module. The Sequential searching algorithm can be implemented in the search and matching of the scales based on the id code contained in RFID with an average time of 30.83 seconds for data stored on the web.
