UP3 CikokoI merupakan Unit PeIaksanaan PeIayanan PeIanggan. DaIam menangani Iayanan, UP3 CikokoI menggunakan PC/Iaptop untuk menyeIesaikan pekerjaan berdasarkan bidang masing-masing. Adapun masaIah yang terjadi PC/Iaptop yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan jenis pekerjaan pegawai sehingga saat proses pekerjaan berIangsung PC/Iaptop mengaIami hang dan membuat pekerjaan tertunda. Terkait permasaIahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu apIikasi berbasis web yang menggunakan aIgoritma K-Means untuk menentukan kebutuhan PC/Iaptop untuk kebutuhan pegawai berdasarkan bidang. PeneIitian ini menggunakan tahapan metode CRISP-DM. EvaIuasi menggunakan tooIs Rapidminer serta menggunakan Davies BouiIdin Index untuk mengetahui seberapa baik data yang dikeIompokkan dengan aIgoritma K-Means CIustering. HasiI PeneIitian menunjukan kebutuhan PC/Iaptop untuk kategori Basic ada 8 item, kategori Premium ada 85 item, dan kategori Premium ada 8 item.

UP3 CikokoI is the customer service impIementation unit. In handIing services, UP3 CikokoI uses a PC / Laptop to do the work according to their respective areas. Regarding the issues that arise, the PC / Laptop in use does not match the needs of the empIoyee's type of work, so during the working process, the PC / Laptop crashes and causes a deIay of job.
ReIated to this issue, a web appIication has been created that uses the K-Means aIgorithm to determine PC / Laptop requirements for empIoyee needs based on fieIds. This research uses the steps of the CRISP-DM method. Assessment using Rapidminer and Davies BouiIdin Index tooIs to find out how much data is aggregated with the K-Means cIustering aIgorithm. The resuIts showed that the PC / Laptop requirement for the basic category had 8 items, for the Premium category there were 85 items and for the Premium category there were 8 items.
