Salah satu komponen kunci tinggi rendahnya pendidikan adalah hasil evaluasi proses belajar mengajar. Perhatian guru dalam evaluasi hanya menekan pada hasil akhir yang diperoleh oleh murid. Penilaian ini digunakan untuk menilai penyusunan laporan kemajuan hasil belajar, dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Maka penelitian ini membahas tentang aplikasi analisis butir soal. Analisis butir soal bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berkualitas atau tidaknya butir soal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi analisis butir soal yang dapat memudahkan guru dalam menganalisis butir soal. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis butir soal ini adalah metode Naïve Bayes Classifier, dimana metode Naïve Bayes Classifier digunakan untuk klasfikasi kualitas soal berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda soal sehingga soal dapat diketetahui apakah soal tersebut dapat diterima, direvisi, ataupun ditolak sama sekali. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan sistem telah berjalan dengan baik dan akurat, metode Naïve Bayes Classifier terbukti mampu mengklasifikasi kulialitas soal.
