Sekolah Dasar Negeri 005 Gelora Bagan Sinembah Provinsi Riau belum memiliki situs website ataupun aplikasi berbasis website. Terutama dimasa pandemic ini, orang tua siswa yang ingin mengetahui hasil raport siswa harus datang ke sekolah dan melakukan tatap muka untuk mengetahui nilai raport siswa dan hal-hal yang harus dan telah dilakukan siswa pada saat pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dibuatkan Aplikasi Anjungan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 005 Gelora Bagan Sinembah, aplikasi anjungan merupakan suatu aplikasi sistem informasi yang dimana pada aplikasi tersebut memiliki 3 role aktor yaitu admin, wali siswa dan guru. Ketiga aktor memiliki hak akses masing-masing. Pada role admin, memiliki full hak akses, pada role guru dapat melihat jadwal pelajaran dan nilai siswa, pada role wali murid dapat melihat laporan nilai siswa. Pada penelitian digunakan algoritma topsis guna menghasilkan perangkingan siswa terbaik. Untuk menghasilkan suatu hasil perangking maka dilakukan 7 tahapan yang dimana keluaran hasil algoritma topsis merupakan perangkingan siswa terbaik pada SDN 005 Gelora Bagan Sinembah. Tingkat akurasi pada penelitian penulisa dengan menggunakan metode topsis adalah sebesar 45,4%

Especially during this pandemic, parents who want to know the results of student report cards must come to school and have face-to-face meetings to find out the value of student report cards and things students should and should do during learning. Therefore, the 005 Gelora Bagan Sinembah State Elementary School Pavilion Application was made, the pavilion application is an information system application where the application has 3 role actors, namely admin, student guardian and teacher. The three actors have their own access rights. The admin role has full access rights, the teacher role can see the lesson schedule and student grades, the student guardian role can view student grade reports. In this study, the topsis algorithm was used to produce the best student rankings. To produce a ranking result, 7 stages are carried out where the output of the topsis algorithm is the ranking of the best students at SDN 005 Gelora Bagan Sinembah. The level of accuracy in the research using the topsis method is 45.4%.
