Abstract
Iconnet, sebagai penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia yang memiliki jaringan kabel luas dan berkualitas tinggi, namun sering mengalami gangguan yang menurunkan kualitas layanan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, setiap SERPO di berbagai region bertanggung jawab menangani gangguan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa SERPO Iconnet berdasarkan laporan gangguan yang masuk dan menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang efektif. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani keputusan multikriteria, dengan menilai alternatif berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal positif serta jaraknya dari solusi ideal negatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data gangguan Iconnet periode Juli – Desember 2023 yang diolah berdasarkan region. Implementasi metode TOPSIS ini menghasilkan peringkat SERPO di setiap region dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,832 menggunakan pembobotan sampel yang memberikan gambaran awal dari proses evaluasi. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa setiap fungsi dapat beroperasi dengan baik dan menghasilkan output yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS dalam penentuan performa SERPO Iconnet dapat memberikan hasil yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta peningkatan kualitas layanan Iconnet.
Iconnet, as an internet service provider in Indonesia, has an extensive and high-quality wired network, but often experiences disruptions that reduce service quality. To overcome this problem, each SERPO in various regions is responsible for handling the disruption. This research aims to evaluate the performance of Iconnet SERPOs based on incoming disruption reports and produce an effective decision support system. The TOPSIS method was chosen for its ability to handle multicriteria decisions, by scoring alternatives based on their proximity to the positive ideal solution as well as their distance from the negative ideal solution. The data used is Iconnet fault data for the period July - December 2023 which is processed by region. The implementation of this TOPSIS method results in a SERPO ranking in each region with the highest preference value of 0.832 using sample weighting which provides an initial overview of the evaluation process. System testing shows that each function can operate properly and produce the expected output. This research provides evidence that the application of the TOPSIS method in determining Iconnet SERPO performance can provide useful results for companies in decision making and improving the quality of Iconnet services.
