Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution are distributing large quantities of pharmaceutical products. Product sales at these companies are usually seen based on sales trends. Monthly evaluation is carried out to see which products
are selling the most, then the best selling products should not decrease in the following month. In this study, predictions were made using the Least Square method. To find out the prediction of the best-selling product sales in the future, the ranking is carried out based on the highest predicted results. From the prediction calculations results using the Least Square method, the top 10 products are the best selling products on Januari 2020. Of the 10 products
predicted to be the best-selling products, 6 products are included in the bestselling products based on actual data, while 4 products are not included in the 10 best-selling products. From the results of these comparisons, the Least Square method is good enough to determine best selling product with 60% accuracy

Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution distribusi bertugas untuk mendistribusikan produk-produk farmasi dalam jumlah besar. Penjualan produk pada perusahaan tersebut biasanya dilihat berdasarkan trend penjualan. Evaluasi bulanan dilakukan untuk melihat produk apa saja yang paling banyak terjual, kemudian produk yang laris penjualannya tidak boleh mengalami penurunan pada bulan selanjutnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan prediksi dengan menggunakan metode Least Square. Untuk mengetahui prediksi penjualan produk terlaris pada masa mendatang dilakukan perankingan berdasarkan hasil prediksi tertinggi. Dari hasil perhitungan prediksi menggunakan metode Least Square didapatkan 10 produk
teratas sebagai produk terlaris pada periode Januari 2020. Dari 10 produk yang diprediksi menjadi produk terlaris, 6 produk termasuk ke dalam produk terlaris berdasarkan data aktual, sedangkan 4 produk tidak termasuk ke dalam 10 produk
terlaris. Dari hasil perbandingan tersebut, metode Least Square cukup baik untuk menentukan produk terlaris dengan akurasi 60%.
