Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Metode Preference Selection Index (PSI) pada sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai berbasis Web di PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sorong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan objektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai melalui penerapan metode PSI, yang memungkinkan evaluasi yang lebih terukur dan adil berdasarkan kriteria yang relevan. Studi ini juga merancang sistem berbasis Web untuk mendukung manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode PSI efektif dalam memberikan penilaian kinerja yang objektif, serta sistem berbasis Web yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam proses penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem penilaian kinerja di sektor perbankan dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk institusi lain dalam penerapan metode serupa.

This study examines the implementation of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in the Web-based employee performance appraisal system at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Sorong Branch. The research aims to enhance the accuracy and objectivity of employee performance evaluations through the application of the PSI method, which facilitates more measurable and fair assessments based on relevant criteria. The study also designs a Web-based system to support management in making informed decisions regarding employee performance. The results indicate that the PSI method is effective in providing objective performance appraisals, and the developed Web-based system significantly improves transparency and accountability in the appraisal process. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of performance appraisal systems in the banking sector and serve as a reference for other institutions in adopting similar methods.
