Abstract
Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) berperan krusial dalam mendukung perkuliahan, termasuk pendaftaran mahasiswa, pengelolaan mata kuliah, jadwal, penilaian, administrasi, dan Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS). Sebelum teknologi berkembang, pengelolaan akademik dilakukan secara manual, rentan terhadap kesalahan. Kini, perguruan tinggi menggunakan SIA yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kegunaan SIA untuk pengambilan mata kuliah dengan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Berdasarkan kuesioner dari 240 mahasiswa, hasil menunjukkan nilai bobot dalam operabilitas (0,4311), aksesibilitas (0,4000), dan kemudahan belajar (0,3983), tetapi perlu peningkatan dalam perlindungan kesalahan pengguna (0,2647) dan estetika antarmuka (0,2330). Meski sistem sudah baik, peningkatan perlindungan pengguna dan desain visual diperlukan. Faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi pengalaman dan efektivitas sistem dalam mendukung KRS. Metode SAW membantu menentukan bobot terbaik berdasarkan atribut ISO 25010.
Academic Information System (AIS) plays a crucial role in supporting lectures, including student registration, course management, schedules, assessments, administration, and Study Plan Cards (KRS). Before technology developed, academic management was done manually, prone to errors. Now, universities use AIS which is more efficient. This research evaluates the usability of AIS for course retrieval with ISO/IEC 25010 standard and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Based on questionnaires from 240 students, the results show weighted scores in operability (0.4311), accessibility (0.4000), and ease of learning (0.3983), but need improvement in user error protection (0.2647) and interface aesthetics (0.2330). Although the system is good, improvements in user protection and visual design are needed. These factors affect the experience and effectiveness of the system in supporting KRS. The SAW method helps determine the best weights based on ISO 25010 attributes.
