Abstract

Today's education uses a lot of technology in its realization. Not only using whiteboards and markers, but also adding computers and projectors for learning
activities. It is easier for teachers or lecturers to use technology for various knowledge. The hope is that through games, students can learn in a fun way. In addition, games can also help students develop skills through the game process, such as game sequences, verbal, visual, kinetic skills and other game-based activities. The method used in making this application is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle where this method has 6 stages consisting of concept,
design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. In the Practicum Installation of the distribution electricity network at the PLN Institute of Technology in the D3 Electrical Technology study program, there is only a simple module that displays practicum steps using black and white text and 2D images. In the interview
session, the writer told the laboratory assistant that during the current pandemic, the material could be carried out, but if for direct knowledge or practice, what was given
to the practitioner would not be achieved, then the need for supporting facilities to replace or add material for practicum by means of simulation videos. The results
that have been obtained are a virtual reality-based distribution of electricity distribution practicum simulation application where to run 360 video using 3D
objects, namely a sphere that functions as a container object or an object that runs the prepared video, then in this application only uses one camera object. which has
been equipped with the googlevrforunity package which functions as a 3D stereoscopy feature (a technique to create or enhance the illusion of image depth by presenting two offset images separately to the left and right eyes)
