Pada Tahun 2024, Lab ITCC mendapatkan kepercayaan dari ITPLN untuk melaksanakan Tes Calon Pegawai. Pada saat itu, Microsoft Forms digunakan sebagai media tes. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, media yang digunakan dinilai belum optimal karena masih bersifat manual. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi. Aplikasi ini akan menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan pendekatan Extreme Programming, yang merupakan bagian dari metodologi Agile. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prototype aplikasi yang dibangun difungsikan untuk menguji kemampuan kompetensi peserta dengan kebutuhan materi uji Office Exam App. Prototype aplikasi yang dibangun memiliki hirarki hak akses user (peserta, Proctor, admin). Aplikasi ini diuji menggunakan metode black-box testing dan mendapatkan hasil 89,44% yang menyatakan aplikasi sudah cukup baik dan valid serta memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

In 2024, the ITCC Laboratory gained the trust of the ITPLN to conduct the Candidate Officer Test. At that time, Microsoft Forms was used as a test medium. Based on the evaluation results, the media used was not rated as optimal because it was still manual. Therefore, the researchers took the initiative to develop an application. The application will use the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Extreme Programming approach, which is part of the Agile methodology. The result of this study is a prototype of the built application functioned to test the competence of the participants with the requirements of the Office Exam App material.
