Salah satu masalah penting yang dihadapi sekolah di era pandemi saat ini adalah penerimaan siswa baru. Dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya, proses penerimaan siswa baru tahun ini sedikit terkendala Oleh karena itu, penulis berkesempatan untuk membantu sekolah MTs YLPI ‘Ibaadurrahman di Kota Sukabumi untuk membuat sebuat aplikasi perancangan sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru Menggunakan Payment Gateway. Adapun metode yang akan penulis gunakan yaitu Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP memiliki beberapa tahapan dalam perancangan sistem terdiri atas Inception, Elaborasi, Construction, dan Transition. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga didukung oleh sistem payment gateway dalam melakukan pembayaran pendaftaran secara online. Dengan adanya sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru Menggunakan Payment Gateway ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi orangtua dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru di MTs YLPI ‘Ibaadurrahman Kota Sukabumi. Adapun proses yang ada didalamnya adalah admin melakukan login dan bertugas input akun data pengguna dan input periode. Proses petugas yaitu akan melakukan login, setelah itu diarahkan untuk melakukan update profile, lalu melakukan cek berkas dan melakukan validasi pembayaran GT. Dan untuk calon siswa yaitu melakukan registrasi lalu melakukan login, setelah itu melakukan update profile dan melakukan pemberkasan, setelah itu akan diarahkan ke proses melakukan pembayaran, dan calon siswa akan menunggu hasilnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem infromasi penerimaan siswa baru mampu mengelola registrasi, pengisian berkas, pembayaran, seleksi, dan pengumuman.

One of the important problems facing schools in the current pandemic era is the admission of new students. Compared to the previous year, the process of admitting new students this year was a little constrained. Therefore, the author had the opportunity to help the MTs YLPI 'Ibaadurrahman school in Sukabumi City to make an application for designing an information system for new student admissions using a Payment Gateway. In addition, this application is also supported by a payment gateway system in making online registration payments. With the new student admissions information system using the Payment Gateway, it is hoped that it can provide convenience for parents in the process of accepting new students at MTs YLPI 'Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The process in it is the admin login and input user data accounts and input periods. The officer process will login, then be directed to update the profile, check the file and validate the payment GT. And for new students, do registation and then login, after that, update the profile and do the filing after that, it will doing payments, and new students will wait for the results. This study indicates that the new admissions information system can manage registration, file filling, price, selection, and announcements.
