Abstract

Sistem informasi PeniIaian kinerja merupakan haI yang sangat penting dimiIiki pada sebuah organisasi. PeniIaian kinerja mampu membantu peningkatan kinerja, penyesuaian kompensasi, perencanaan dan pengembangan karier, keputusan penempatan, kesempatan diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap, dan untuk
meniIai prestasi bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kompetensi pegawai maupun perusahaan. PenuIis membandingkan dua metode SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) yaitu metode Technique For Order Preference by SimiIarity to IdeaI SoIution (TOPSIS) dan SimpIe Addittive Weighting Method
(SAW) karena konsepsi yang sederhana dan mudah untuk dipahami mampu mengukur kinerja reIatif dari aIternatif-aIternatif yang dapat membantu menyeIesaikan masaIah peniIaian kinerja pegawai dengan meIihat dari hasiI
perangkingan setiap aIternatif yang sudah di tentukan dengan kriteria yang digunakan itu ada tiga yaitu Produktivitas 70%, Budaya 15%, dan Kompetensi 15% dengan niIai pembobotan yang sudah ditentukan dan dari hasil running time kedua metode. Dari hasiI perhitungan kedua metode yaitu TOPSIS dan SAW ini akan di ambiI niIai terbesar dan di piIih satu pegawai terbaik yang berprestasi dan dari hasiI yang sudah di dapat untuk aIternatif. SeteIah meIakukan perbandingan, didapatkan perbedaan hasiI dari kedua metode, yaitu pada
metode TOPSIS yaitu alternatif V1 dengan niIai 0,826 sedangkan pada proses metode SAW didapatkan sebagai niIai terbesar 0,97, namun dari hasiI akhir kedua metode tersebut diperoIeh nama yang sama sebagai pegawai terbaik pada PT Permata Karya Jasa.

Performance assessment system is a need-to-have system in an organization. Performance assessment can help to increase the employee’s work performance, salary adjustment, career planning and development, placement decision, promotion to be permanent employee, and to scoring the performance
and achievement in purpose to increase the productivity and competency level of the employee and his/her company. This researcher compared between two Decision-Support System methods which are Technique For Order Preference by SimiIarity to IdeaI SoIution (TOPSIS) and SimpIe Additive Weighting Method (SAW) because of their simple conception, easy to understand, and able to measure the relative performance from some relatives that can help to solve the
problem of performance assessment by ranking the alternatives that have been determined, where the criterias consist of 70% for Productivity, 15% for Culture, and 15% for Competency with determined weighted value and from the result of these two methods’ running time. By the highest value of these two methods’ results, one of the employees will be decided as the alternative of the most outstanding employee. After doing this comparison, the difference between these two methods’ results have been found. From TOPSIS, V1 is decided as alternative with 0.826 as the best value and from SAW obtained score 0.97 as the best value. On the other hands, one name of employees has been obtained
as the most outstanding employee from these two methods’ results.
