Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi perbandingan antara Tower Tipe Compact Lattice dan Tower Lattice Normal pada pekerjaan erection saluran udara tegangan ekstra tinggi (SUTET) 500 kV Priok– Muara Tawar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan desain, biaya konstruksi, dan efisiensi kedua tipe tower tersebut, termasuk biaya pembebasan lahan dan kompensasi ROW. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui observasi langsung pada pekerjaan erection dan data sekunder dari dokumen proyek. Tower Compact Lattice memiliki desain yang lebih kompak, dengan lengan lebih pendek dan tapak lebih kecil dibandingkan Tower Lattice Normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tower Compact Lattice lebih efisien dalam hal biaya konstruksi, penggunaan material, serta waktu pemasangan, termasuk pengurangan biaya pembebasan lahan dan kompensasi ROW. Pemilihan tipe tower ini harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan dan kebutuhan teknis proyek.
This study analyzes the efficiency comparison between the Compact Lattice Tower and Normal Lattice Tower in the erection of the 500 kV Priok– Muara Tawar Extra High Voltage (EHV) overhead transmission line. The main objectives of this research are to examine the differences in design, construction costs, and efficiency between the two tower types, including land acquisition and Right of Way (ROW) compensation costs. The research uses a qualitative method, collecting primary data through direct observation of the erection process and secondary data from project documents. The Compact Lattice Tower features a more compact design with shorter arms and a smaller footprint compared to the Normal Lattice Tower. The results indicate that the Compact Lattice Tower is more efficient in terms of construction costs, material usage, installation time, and reduction in land acquisition and ROW compensation costs. However, the selection of the tower type should be adapted to the field conditions and technical requirements of the project.
