Abstract

Pesatnya pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia telah memacu meningkatnya kebutuhan akan beton pracetak, khususnya pada produk spun pile. Industri precast memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur, namun persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut adanya strategi peningkatan daya saing yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri precast melalui implementasi evaluasi kinerja produksi spun pile berbasis risiko dengan pendekatan ISO 56002. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja utama (Key Performance Indicators/KPI) pada proses produksi spun pile, menganalisis faktor risiko yang mempngaruhi kinerja proses produksi spun pile, serta mengintegrasikannya dalam kerangka inovasi berbasis ISO 56002. Analisis data menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis, Delphi, dan pengolahan data kuantitatif menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 6 faktor risiko dominan pada evaluasi kinerja yaitu diantaranya X4.5 Cacat produk akibat proses pengiriman dengan nilai risiko 0,315, X4.3 Cacat produk akibat proses pengiriman dengan nilai risiko 0,297, X5.9 Keropos dengan nilai risiko 0,289, X4.4 Jadwal produksi tidak sesuai permintaan dengan nilai risiko 0,282, X3.16 Kurangnya tarikan pada PC bar mengakibatkan retak dengan nilai risiko 0,224, X3.5 Tidak dilakukan pemetaan proses sebelum analisis dengan nilai risiko 0,208. Integrasi faktor-faktor risiko dengan sistem inovasi ISO 56002 menghasilkan model evaluasi yang tidak hanya menekan potensi kerugian, tetapi juga mendorong penciptaan nilai tambah melalui perbaikan berkelanjutan, optimalisasi proses, dan penguatan kapabilitas inovasi ix organisasi. Kesimpulannya, implementasi evaluasi kinerja produksi spun pile berbasis risiko dengan pendekatan ISO 56002 dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri precast di Indonesia.

The rapid development of infrastructure in Indonesia has spurred the increasing demand for precast concrete, especially for spun pile products. The precast industry has an important role in supporting infrastructure development, but increasingly fierce competition demands a strategy to increase sustainable competitiveness. This study aims to improve the competitiveness of the precast industry through the implementation of risk-based spun pile production performance evaluation with the ISO 56002 approach. The research method is carried out by identifying key performance indicators (KPI) in the spun pile production process, analyzing risk factors that affect the performance of the spun pile production process, and integrating them into an innovation framework based on ISO 56002. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis methods, Delphi, and quantitative data processing using SPSS software. The results of the study showed that 6 dominant risk factors in performance evaluation include X4.5 Product defects due to the delivery process with a risk value of 0.315, X4.3 Product defects due to the delivery process with a risk value of 0.297, X5.9 Porous with a risk value of 0.289, X4.4 Production schedule does not match demand with a risk value of 0.282, X3.16 Lack of tension on the PC bar resulting in cracks with a risk value of 0.224, X3.5 Process mapping was not carried out before analysis with a risk value of 0.208. The integration of risk factors with the ISO 56002 innovation system produces an evaluation model that not only reduces potential losses, but also encourages the creation of added value through continuous improvement, process optimization, and xi strengthening organizational innovation capabilities. In conclusion, the implementation of risk-based spun pile production performance evaluation with the ISO 56002 approach can be an effective strategy to increase the competitiveness of the precast industry in Indonesia.
