Abstract

The quality of a regional and central government needs to be supported by managed data and information. Good data processing means that the data must be structured, systematic, and integrated so that the information that arrives is accurate, fast, accurate, and relevant information. Apart from general information, personnel information related to other systems is also an important factor in supporting the quality of good governance. The need for a Village Service and Management information system in processing village information is very much needed at this time where services are still very conventional so to get information about the village the community/population must come directly to the village office so that sometimes they get information that is not updated. With the launch of Citimun Village to be one of the digital villages in 2019 by the Subang district government, it is hoped that the community can get information and fast service using technology in the 4.0 era. The research method used to solve various problems that occur is FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking)
