Abstract
Sungai Ciliwung merupakan salah satu sungai utama yang melintasi wilayah Kota Jakarta, termasuk Kelurahan Bidara Cina yang kerap terdampak banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kapasitas Sungai Ciliwung di sepanjang wilayah Kelurahan Kampung Melayu. Data yang digunakan berupa curah hujan harian selama 10 tahun dari tiga stasiun pengamatan, serta data potongan memanjang dan melintang sungai. Perhitungan debit rencana dilakukan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu untuk berbagai kala ulang. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan debit kala ulang Q5 sebesar 513.18 m³/det, Q10 sebesar 597.04 m³/det, Q25 sebesar 711.62 m³/det, dan Q50 sebesar 803.16 m³/det. Analisis kapasitas sungai menggunakan perangkat lunak HECRAS mengindikasikan bahwa Sungai Ciliwung tidak mampu menampung debit banjir hingga kala ulang 50 tahun. Terdapat 76 titik genangan yang teridentifikasi, di antaranya pada STA 5+149.038 hingga STA 1+399.038. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, direkomendasikan melakukan kombinasi antara normalisasi sungai dengan pemasangan tanggul serta pengerukan sedimentasi sungai dan pembangunan saluran sodetan agar sungai mampu menampung debit banjir hingga kala ulang 50 tahun.
The Ciliwung River is one of the main rivers that flows through the city of Jakarta, including the Bidara Cina subdistrict, which is often affected by flooding. This study aims to determine the capacity of the Ciliwung River along the Kampung Melayu subdistrict. The data used consists of daily rainfall data for 10 years from three observation stations, as well as longitudinal and cross-sectional data of the river. Design flow calculations were performed using the Nakayasu HSS method for various return periods. The results showed a Q5 return period flow of 513.18 m³/s, a Q10 return period flow of 597.04 m³/s, a Q25 return period flow of 711.62 m³/s, and a Q50 return period flow of 803.16 m³/s. Analysis of river capacity using HECRAS software indicates that the Ciliwung River is unable to accommodate flood discharge up to a 50-year return period. There are 76 identified flood points, including those between STA 5+149.038 and STA 1+399.038. To address this issue, it is recommended to combine river normalization with the installation of embankments, river sedimentation dredging, and the construction of diversion channels to enable the river to accommodate flood discharge up to a 50-year return period.
