Kantor Distrik Jayapura Utara adalah sebuah distrik di Kota Jayapura Papua. Selama ini permasalahan yang terjadi di Kantor Distrik adalah dalam pengelolahan aset-aset atau inventaris kantor. Beberapa aset diantaranya ialah perabotan (Meja, Kursi dan Lemari), Peralatan (Leptop, Proyektor, Alat Fotocopy) dan Kendaran. Dalam pengelolahan aset masih sangat sederhana yaitu dilakukan pencatatan menggunakan Microsoft Exel dan melalui buku besar. Sehingga dalam management aset seorang staf bagian keuangan memerlukan waktu yang sangat panjang. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno yang mengcangkup beberapa kriteria manajemen aset yaitu berdasarkan tahun pemakaian, kondisi dari aset tersebut dan hasil dari perhitungan fuzzy yang dimana ketentuannya ialah diperbaiki, diganti atau masih layak pakai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari - Febraari, dan betujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem berbasis web yang akan membantu dalam pencatatan management history maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan perhitungan MAPE (Mean Absolute Processor Eror) dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 85.26%

North Jayapura ditrict office is a district in the City of Jayapura, Papua. The problem that happened so far in the district office is the problem of processing the assets and the inventory of the offices itself. Some of the assets consist furniture like table, chair, and wardrobe. Some of the equipments like laptop, projector, and photocopy machine and vehicles. The process of assets still very simple with the recording with Microsoft excel and the big book. So in the assets of managements, the staff needs a quiet long time to make sure that it’s all finished. The process of the research with fuzzy sugeno method includes several of the management criteria which is based on a year of use of the product itself, the condition of the product, and the result of the fuzzy’s recording which condition are fixed already, replace or still worth to use. Thi research was made in January- February and aims to make a system with web based that can help the process of counting the management history maintenance.
