Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate with an average daily irradiation value of 4.8 KWh / m2. The large potential of solar energy in Indonesia is the main asset as a source of energy that can support energy security in Indonesia, especially in the electricity sector. In this research, field observations were carried out related to the effect of changes in solar photovoltaic temperature agains output current in polycristaline solar power plant, where an additional temperature of 1 oC will cause an increase in current of 0.0114 A. The correlation between temperature and current correlates with R = 0.978 and the MAPE is 7.35%, this means that the model has an accuracy of 92.65%. So it can be concluded based on the results of observations that have been carried out, it was found that the increase in temperature is directly proportional to the increase in the value of the current, where the increase in the temperature value exceeds the maximum temperature limit of solar Photovoltaic for a long period of time, which can reduce the performance ratio of solar Photovoltaic.
