Abstract
PLTG Grati blok 2 mempunyai tiga buah gas turbine yaitu unit 2.1, unit 2.2 dan unit 2.3. Pada gas turbine sesuai jam operasinya akan dilakukan overhaul pemeliharaan periodik
salah satunya yaitu major inspection. Pada pelaksaan overhaul gas turbine unit 2.1 dilakukan pengukuran efisiensi, heat rate serta specific fuel consumption baik sebelum dan sesudah dengan beban 50 MW, 75 MW dan 100MW. Sehingga untuk mengetahui hasil pelaksanaan overhaul major inspection maka dilakukan analisa berdasarkan performance test yang sudah dilakukan. Berdasarkan data Analisa yang sudah dilakukan efisiensi gas turbine pada beban 50 MW, 75 MW dan 100 MW setelah pelaksanaan major inspection adalah sebesar 22,32%, 26,07% dan 28,28%. Sedangkan heat rate-nya adalah sebesar 3.853,56 kCal/kWh, 3.299,35 kCal/kWh dan 3.041,54 kCal/kWh. Adapun untuk specific fuel consumption adalah 0,01529 mmbtu/kWh, 0,01309 mmbtu/kWh dan 0,01207 mmbtu/kWh. Dari hasil-hasil Analisa yang dilakukan bahwanya efisiensi, heat rate dan specific fuel consumption gas turbine GT 2.1 sesudah pelaksanaan major inspection lebih baik apabila dibandingkan dengan sebelum pelaksanaan major
inspection.
PLTG Grati block 2 has three gas turbines, they are unit 2.1, unit 2.2 and unit 2.2. The gas turbine according to the operating hours will be overhauled periodic maintenance,
including major inspection. In the implementation of gas turbine overhaul unit 2.1, measurements of efficiency, heat rate and specific fuel consumption both before and after
with a load of 50 MW, 75 MW and 100 MW were taken. So to determine the results of the implementation of the major inspection overhaul, we analyzed based on the performance
tests that have been performed. based on the data analysis that has been performed, the efficiency of the gas turbine at a load of 50 MW, 75 MW and 100 MW after the implementation of the major inspection is 22.32%, 26.07% and 28.28%. Then the heat rate is 3,853.56 kCal/kWh, 3,299.35 kCal/kWh and 3,041.54 kCal/kWh. For specific fuel consumption is 0.01529 mmbtu/kWh, 0.01309 mmbtu/kWh and 0.01207 mmbtu/kWh. From the results of the analysis that the efficiency, heat rate and specific fuel consumption
of the GT 2.1 gas turbine after the implementation of the major inspection is better when the results are compared to before the implementation of the major inspection.
