Setiap instansi pada umunya melakukan penilaian terhadap setiap karyawanya, kinerja dosen memiliki tingkat pencapaian dalam suatu pelaksanaan kegiatan/program/ kebijaksaan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, misi dan visi organisasi yang tertuang dalam perumusan skema strategis (strategic planning) suatu organisasi. Maka itu Penulis Meneliti kombinasi metode AHP dan Metode Vikor untuk penilaian kinerja Dosen di Institut Teknologi PLN Jakarta Barat. metode VIKOR mampu memberikan hasil yang optimal dalam pemeringkatan proses seleksi dari lima pegawai dengan tujuh kriteria melalui sistem indeks. Sedangkan Pembobotan AHP tidak hanya dilakukan untuk mendapatkan bobot tetapi juga untuk menguji konsistensi bobot. Kombinasi metode AHP
dan VIKOR diusulkan untuk menutupi setiap kelemahan. Penelitian ini di kembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa perangkat keras yaitu AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon
Graphics 2.10 GHz, RAM 8.00 GB, Solid State Drive (SSD) 250 GB dan perangkat lunak yaitu Sistem Operasi Windows 10 Home 64-Bit, PHP Hypertext Protocol (PHP), PHPMyAdmin Database Mysql, Sublime Text, XAMPP, Microsoft Word 2016, Microsoft Excel 2016, Draw.io, Balsamiq Mockups 3, Google Chrome. Adapun indeksindeks yang di pakai dalam pembuatan aplikasi web ini adalah indeks admin, indeks login, indeks data dosen, indeks kriteria, indeks alternatif, indeks perbandingan menggunakna AHP, Indeks Ranking menggunakan Vikor, dan Indeks hasil Ranking dosen. Semua Indeks ini digunakan untuk kombinasi metode AHP dan Metode Vikor
untuk Perhitungan Penilaian kinerja dosen institute teknologi pln Jakarta barat.

author examines the combination of the AHP method and the Vikor method for assessing the performance of lecturers at the PLN West Jakarta Institute of Technology. VIKOR
method is able to provide optimal results in ranking the selection process of five employees with seven criteria through an index system. While the AHP weighting is not
only done to get the weights but also to test the consistency of the weights. A combination of AHP and VIKOR methods is proposed to cover any weaknesses.
