Abstract
Pusat Listrik Balai Pungut milik PT PLN (Persero) dalam operasinya dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat karena menimbulkan dampak negatif berupa kebisingan yang mengganggu ke pemukiman yang berada di sekitar area pembangkit. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan, terlihat bahwa tingkat kebisingan yang dirasakan di pemukiman warga mencapai nilai maksimum 60,6 dB. Nilai ini berada di atas ambang batas kebisingan yang diijinkan di pemukiman sebesar 55 dB. Untuk mengendalikan adanya paparan kebisingan yang terjadi di area Pusat Listik Balai Pungut maka diperlukan penghalang pada lintasan kebisingan berupa sebuah konstruksi bangunan tembok (thin barrier wall). Diharapkan dengan adanya kontruksi thin barrier wall masalah adanya paparan kebisingan yang dirasakan dan dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat dapat teratasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap analisis struktur atas dan bawah thin barrier wall, tahap pengecekan hasil rancangan, kesimpulan dan saran. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kebisingan yang dilakukan, kebisingan tertinggi berada di lokasi antara exhaust stack dan air cooler dengan nilai tertinggi maksimum 93 dB. Rancangan struktur atas thin barrier wall memiliki panjang 460 meter, tinggi 8,7 meter dan tebal 0,2 meter. Rancangan struktur bawah thin barrier wall menggunakan fondasi bore pile dengan kedalaman 6,0 meter dan diameter bore pile 0,6 meter. Berdasarkan pengecekan pengurangan tingkat kebisingan dengan Software Noise Tools didapat nilai tingkat tekanan suara yang dihasilkan di penerima (receiver) sebesar 30,4 dB. Nilai tersebut sudah masuk ke dalam ambang batas kebisingan yang diijinkan di pemukiman sebesar maksimal 55 dB.
The Balai Pungut Electricity Center owned by PT PLN (Persero) in its operation has been complained about by the community because it causes negative impacts in the form of disturbances that disturb settlements around the power plant area. From the results of the measurements carried out, it can be seen that the level of disturbance felt in residential areas reached a maximum value of 60.6 dB. This value is above the threshold of disturbance permitted in residential areas of 55 dB. To control exposure to disturbances that occur in the Balai Pungut Electricity Center area, a barrier is needed against disturbances in the form of a wall construction (thin barrier wall). It is hoped that with the Thin Barrier Wall construction, the problem of exposure to disturbances felt and complained about by the community can be resolved. The methods used include the preparation stage, data collection stage, analysis stage of the upper and lower structures of the thin barrier wall, design result checking stage, conclusions and suggestions. Based on the results of the disturbance level measurements carried out, the highest disturbance is at the location between the exhaust stack and the air cooler with the highest maximum value of 93 dB. The design of the upper structure of the thin barrier wall has a length of 460 meters, a height of 8.7 meters and a thickness of 0.2 meters. The design of the lower structure of the thin barrier wall uses a borepile foundation with a depth of 6.0 meters and a borepile diameter of 0.6 meters. Based on checking the reduction in the level of disturbance with Noise Tools Software, the value of the sound pressure level produced at the receiver is 30.4 dB. This value has entered the threshold of disturbance permitted in settlements of a maximum of 55 dB. So the design of the thin barrier wall can be used.
