The purpose of this study was to design a system for the selection of aid recipients using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The current problem of the aid recipient selection process in the cash direct aid program is that so far the aid recipient selection in Bundapeng Village is still being done manually, and also in
the aid recipient selection process takes a long time to discuss the prospective recipients. The result of this study was that a web-based decision support system was created to assist the committee in the selection of aid recipients in the cash direct aid program. Using these methods can determine who is eligible for assistance. Based on the results of the calculation using the SMART method with 10 experimental data using the predetermined criteria, a ranking from the highest to the lowest was obtained. The order of 1 to 5 residents eligible for assistance is A2 (DESTI CAHYANI), A4 (ISMAIL), A10 (MAISUN), A5 (SAMA), and A9 (SITI MARWE). Based on the results of the Mean
Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) test, the data that have been tested there are difference values slightly different from actual values. Thus, the test resulted in an error value of 0.625% indicating that the result was very accurate.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat perancangan sistem untuk seleksi penerima bantuan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini dari proses seleksi penerima bantuan dalam program bantuan langsung tunai, yaitu selama ini seleksi penerima bantuan di Desa Bungkeng masih dilakukan secara manual, dan juga dalam proses seleksi
penerima bantuan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendiskusikan calon penerima bantuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web dibuat
untuk membantu panitia dalam seleksi penerima bantuan dalam program bantuan langsung tunai. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut dapat menetukan siapa yang berhak untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Berdasarkan Hasil dari perhitungan dengan
menggunakan metode SMART dengan 10 data percobaan dengan menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh perangkingan dari yang tertinggi sampai terendah.
Adapun urutan 1 sampai 5 orang penduduk yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan adalah A2 (DESTI CAHYANI), A4 (ISMAIL), A10 (MAISUN), A5 (SAMA), dan A9 (SITI MARWE). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), data
yang telah diuji ada nilai selisihnya sedikit berbeda dari nilai actual. Sehingga terhadap pengujian tersebut menghasilkan nilai error sebesar 0,625% yang menandakan hasil tersebut sangat akurat.
