Penyebaran informasi tentang prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan keselamatan
kerja, di PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Kota Parepare, selama ini penyebaran informasi
untuk prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan instruksi kerja di PT PLN (Persero)
ULTG Kota Parepare masih secara manual atau form yang berbentuk kertas untuk
mengisi prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan terhadap seluruh karyawan di PT PLN
(Persero) ULTG Parepare. Melihat bagaimana proses diatas termasuk tidak efektif
dan efisien terhadap waktu karena membutuhkan waktu yang relative lebih lama
dalam pengisian form terhadap semua karyawan. Sehingga penulis membuat
aplikasi yang berjudul Perancangan aplikasi prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan
keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada instalasi listrik tegangan tinggi di PT
PLN (Persero) ULTG Kota Parepare berbasis website, dengan menggunakan
metode RUP (Rational Unified Process) pada metode pengembangan sistem. Pada
tahapan metode RUP terdapat Inception, elaboration, constraction, dan transition.
Fase inception merupakan fase mencari tahu permasalahan dan data yang akan di
angkat oleh penulis sebagai permasalahan dalam penelitian. Fase elaboration
merupakan fase membuat perancangan sistem (perancangan UML, Perancangan
Database dan perancangan Antar Muka), Fase transition merupakan fase
pengujian aplikasi, pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox
testing.

Dissemination of information about work implementation procedures and work
safety, at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Parepare City, so far the dissemination of
information for work implementation procedures and work instructions at PT PLN
(Persero) ULTG Parepare City is still manual or paper-shaped forms to fill out
procedures for carrying out work for all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG
Parepare. Seeing how the above process is not effective and time efficient because
it requires a relatively longer time in filling out forms for all employees. So the
author makes an application entitled Designing an application for the
implementation of occupational safety dan health (K3) work on a high-voltage
electrical installation at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Parepare City based on a
website, using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method on the system
development method. At the stages of the RUP method there are Inception,
elaboration, constraction, and transition. The inception phase is the phase of
finding out the problems and data that will be raised by the author as a problem in
the research. The elaboration phase is the phase of making the system design
(UML design, Database Design and Interface design), the transition phase is the
application testing phase, testing the application using the blackbox testing
method.
