This study aims to make out that the COCOMO II method is still feasible to use in testing accreditation applications. The process of managing and filling out study program
accreditation documents which has been done manually using Microsoft Excel is so difficult and time-consuming, so that now it can be done more easily, practically, and
everyone can participate in the management and filling of documents so that the work becomes more efficient. This study will apply COCOMO II (Constructive Cost Model).
For this stage, after estimating the value of the system development business, human resources, and the estimated time of system development, a cost estimate can be obtained.
This study obtained the results of the calculation of an estimated business of 1,017 hours. As well as getting the results of an estimated effort of 721.6 hours. So that from the results of these calculations later used in the calculation of testing, the MMRE value is the average value of a number of MRE values of 0.29 and the MMER value is the average value of a number of MER values of 0.40, this is in accordance with the author's goal of raising the COCOMO II method as an estimation method with a high level of accuracy
because the results prove that the smaller the MMRE and MMER values, the smaller the value of the error, and also the accuracy rate is higher/better.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat metode COCOMO II masih layak digunakan dalam menguji aplikasi akreditasi. Proses pengelolaan dan pengisian dokumen Akreditasi Program Studi yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual menggunakan
microsoft excel yang begitu susah dan memakan waktu, sehingga sekarang dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, praktis, dan setiap orang dapat berperan serta dalam
pengelolaan dan pengisian dokumen sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien. Penelitian ini akan menerapkan COCOMO II (Constructive Cost Model). Untuk tahapannya itu setelah memperkirakan nilai usaha pengembangan sistem, sumber daya manusia, serta perkiraan waktu pengembangan sistem, dapat diperoleh perkiraan biaya. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil perhitungan estimasi usaha sebesar 1.017 jam. Serta mendapatkan hasil estimasi effort sebesar 721,6 jam. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan tersebut nantinya
digunakan dalam perhitungan pengujiannilai MMRE adalah nilai rata-rata dari sejumlah nilai MRE sebesar 0,29 dan pada nilai MMER adalah nilai rata-rata dari sejumlah nilai
MER sebesar 0,40, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan penulis mengangkat metode COCOMO II sebagai metode estimasi yang tingkat akurasinya tinggi karena hasilnya membuktikan
bahwa semakin kecil nilai MMRE dan MMER maka semakin kecil juga nilai errornya, dan juga tingkat akurasinya lebih tinggi/bagus.
