Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang konstruksi sangat pesat, terutama pada beton. Salah satu modifikasi pada beton yaitu beton Self Compacting Concrete atau beton memadat sendiri tanpa bantuan getaran. Beton SCC umumnya dapat di variasikan dengan bahan tambah agar meningkatkan kuat tekan beton tersebut, salah satu bahan tambah yang dapat digunakan yakni, Silica Fume. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui nilai filling ability, passing ability, flowability, Kuat tekan , dan Kuat Belah Beton. Presentase silica fume yang dipakai adalah 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% sebagai bahan tambah semen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni metode Nan Su dengan konsep desain campuran yang di variasikan menggunakan Packing Factor. Variasi yang digunakan pada packing factor sebesar 1,12. Hasil pengujian filling ability variasi I (SF 0% + SP 1% + PF 1,12), variasi II (SF 5% + SP 1% + PF 1,12), variasi III (SF 10% + SP 1% + PF 1,12), dan variasi IV (SF 15% + SP 1% + PF 1,12) secara berturut – turut yakni 8,44 detik, 9,86 detik, 10,36 detik, dan 17,24 detik. Hasil pengujian passing ability variasi I, variasi II, variasi III, dan variasi secara berturut – turut yakni 0,928, 0,848, 0,833, dan 0,787. Hasil pengujian flowability variasi I, variasi II, variasi III, dan variasi IV secara berturut – turut yakni 535 mm, 520 mm, 507,5 mm, dan 502,5 mm. Hasil Pengujian kuat tekan umur 28 hari variasi I, variasi II, variasi III, dan variasi IV secara berturut – turut yakni 23,767 MPa, 29,709 MPa, 34,717 MPa, dan 30,898 MPa. Hasil Pengujian kuat tarik belah beton variasi I, variasi II, variasi III, dan variasi IV secara berturut – turut yakni 1,645 MPa, 2,812 MPa, 3,130 MPa, dan 2,865 MPa.
Technological developments in the field of construction are very rapid, especially in concrete. One of the modifications to concrete is Self Compacting Concrete or Self Compacting Concrete without the aid of vibration. SCC concrete can generally be varied to increase the compressive strength of the concrete, one of the additives that can be used is Silica Fume. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of filling ability, passing ability, flowability, compressive strength, also split strength of concrete. The precentage of silice fume used is 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% as a additional material for cement. The method used in this research is the Nan Su method with the concept of mix design which is varied using the Packing Factor. The variations used in the packing factor are 1.12. The results of the filling ability test for variation I (SF 0% + SP 1% + PF 1.12), variation II (SF 5% + SP 1% + PF 1.12), Variation III (SF 10% + SP 1% + PF 1.12), and Variation IV (SF 15% + SP 1% + PF 1.12) were 8.44 seconds, 9.86 seconds, 10.36 seconds, and 17.24 seconds, respectively. The results of the passing ability test for Variation I, Variation II, Variation III, and Variation IV were 0.928, 0.848, 0.833, and 0.787, respectively. The results of the flowability testing for Variation I, Variation II, Variation III, and Variation IV were 535 mm, 520 mm, 507.5 mm, and 502.5 mm, respectively. The results of the 28-day compressive strength test for Variation I, Variation II, Variation III, and Variation IV were 23.767 MPa, 29.709 MPa, 34.717 MPa, and 30.898 MPa, respectively. The tensile strength test results for concrete variation I, variation II, Variation III, and Variation IV were 1,645 MPa, 2,812 MPa, 3,130 MPa, and 2,865 MPa, respectively.
