Flek hitam adalah bintik-bintik kecil pada permukaan kulit yang berwarna lebih gelap dari pada area di sekelilingnya. Flek hitam ini secara umum bukanlah penyakit yang serius, tetapi saat flek hitam muncul di wajah wanita tentu saja akan membuat mereka terganggu atau bisa kehilangan kepercayaan diri Jika flek hitam dibiarkan dan tidak ditangani lebih cepat, maka untuk perwatan juga membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dan lebih sulit untuk disembuhkan atau di samarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi identifikasi flek hitam pada wajah remaja berbasis website. Perancangan aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining yang penalaran suatu data dari fakta – fakta yang ada suatu keputusan akhir. aplikasi ini di uji dengan menggunakan uji coba metode Black Box. Berdasarkan Uji perbandingan hasil tes deteksi system identifikasi tindakan perawatan jenis flek hitam pada wajah orang remaja berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining didapatkan nilai keakuratan sebesar 70,2%. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi identifikasi tindakan perawatan jenis flek hitam pada wajah remaja membantu pengguna mengetahui kondisi flek hitam yang sedang di alami pada wajah remaja dan memberikan informasi mengenai jenis flek hitam yang lebih akurat, efesien dan terkomputerisasi.

This study aims to design an application for the identification of black spots on the face of teenagers based on a website. The design of the application is made using the forward chaining method which is reasoning a data from the facts that there is a final decision. This application is tested using the Black Box method trial. Based on the comparison test of the results of the detection test system for the treatment of black spots on the face of teenagers based on the website using the forward chaining method, an accuracy value of 70.2% was obtained. It is hoped that the results of this study indicate that the application of identification of the type of treatment for black spots on the face of teenagers helps users know the condition of black spots that are being experienced on the faces of teenagers and provides information about the types of black spots that are more accurate, efficient and computerized.
