Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang topik mengenai bagaimana Keandalan Intake Air Filter dengan Memasang Coalescer Droplet Eliminator Blok 3 PLTGU Priok PGU, yang merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan performa pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui persoalaan atau masalah yang terjadi pada intake air filter, mengetahui keandalan Coalescer Droplet Eliminator dalam menjaga masa pamakaian intake air filter, dan mengetahui pengaruh coalescer terhadap intake air filter. Berdasarkan data penelitian, didapatkan garis dan titik untuk mengetahui hubungan perbedaan Efisiensi Kompresor sebelum dan sesudah pencucian Coalescer Droplet Eliminator. Untuk hasil grafik diatas terlihat penaikan nilai Efisiensi Kompresor untuk sebelum dan sesudah pencucian Coalescer Droplet Eliminator. Untuk Efisiensi Kompresor mengalami penaikan nilai dari 79,2% ke 80,83% dari sebelum dan sesudah pencucian Coalescer Droplet Eliminator. Maka, Efisiensi Kompresor mengalami kenaikan nilai sebesar 1,63 %. Penaikan nilai Efisiensi Kompresor sebelum dan sesudah pencucian Coalescer Droplet Eliminator ini menunjukan bahwa proses clean up berjalan secara baik dan optimal. Melakukan pembersihan atau clean up terhadap Coalescer Droplet Eliminator dapat menurunkan pressure drop pada air intake sebesar 6,30 %, khususnya pada air intake yang melewati HEPA. Melakukan pembersihan atau clean up terhadap Coalescer Droplet Eliminator dapat menurunkan rated air flow pada air intake sebesar 27,51 %, khususnya pada air intake yang melewati HEPA. Melakukan pembersihan atau clean up terhadap Coalescer Droplet Eliminator dapat menaikan efisiensi kompresor sebesar 1,63 %.
This research discusses the topic of the Reliability of the Intake Air Filter by Installing the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator Block 3 PLTGU Priok PGU, which is one of the efforts to improve the performance of the Steam Gas Power Plant (PLTGU). This research aims to find out the problems or problems that occur in the intake air filter, find out the reliability of the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator in maintaining the service life of the intake air filter, and find out the influence of the coalescer on the intake air filter. Based on research data, lines and points were obtained to determine the relationship between
differences in Compressor Efficiency before and after washing the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator. The graph results above show an increase in the Compressor Efficiency value
before and after washing the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator. For Compressor Efficiency, the value increased from 79.2% to 80.83% before and after washing the Coalescer
Droplet Eliminator. So, Compressor Efficiency increased by 1.63%. Increasing the Compressor Efficiency value before and after washing the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator
shows that the clean up process is running well and optimally. Cleaning or cleaning up the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator can reduce the pressure drop in the air intake by
6.30%, especially in the air intake that passes through HEPA. Cleaning or cleaning up the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator can reduce the rated air flow in the air intake by 27.51%, especially in the air intake that passes through HEPA. Carrying out cleaning or clean up of the Coalescer Droplet Eliminator can increase compressor efficiency by
1.63%.
