The method used in this study is used to evaluate the allocation of costs, in software development projects that have been completed by comparing the results of the Use Case
Point calculations. The reason the researcher uses the Use Case Point method is because the level of accuracy in the Use Case Point method to determine the estimated cost
(Effort) is higher than other price estimation methods. There are 4 stages of research, namely literature study, needs analysis, application design and implementation.
Application development using Visual Studio Code with its programming language using PHP MyAdmin and its database using My SQL. The result of this research is a web-based
cost estimation application that can be used to speed up business players in the software sector and carry out the process of estimating product prices. By comparing the results of the Use Case Point calculation, the method used in this study is used to assess the cost allocation in the completed software development project. Researchers use the Use Case Point method because it has a greater level of accuracy compared to other price estimation techniques in estimating cost estimates.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi alokasi biaya, pada proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang telah selesai dengan melakukan
perbandingan dari hasil perhitungan Use Case Point. Alasan peneliti mengunakan metode Use Case Point ini karena tingkat akurasi dalam metode Use Case Point untuk menentukan estimasi biaya (Effort) ini lebih tinggi daripada metode estimasi harga lainnya. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan ada 4 yaitu studi literatur, analasis kebutuhan, rancangan dan implementasi aplikasi. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemograman nya menggunakan PHP MyAdmin dan database nya menggunakan My SQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi estimasi biaya berbasis web yang dapat difungsikan dalam mempercepat para pelaku bisnis di bidang perangkat lunak dan melakukan proses estimasi harga produk. Dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan Use Case Point, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menilai alokasi biaya dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang telah diselesaikan. Peneliti menggunakan metode Use Case Point karena memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan teknik estimasi harga lainnya dalam mengestimasi estimasi biaya
