The accreditation process in the informatics study program uses excel so this condition complicates the document collection process and requires a lot of human resources.
Therefore, it is proposed to create a low-code-based application using powerapss. However, in building applications for a company or agency, not a few projects fail, one of the indications is a failure in the effort and management process carried out. Therefore, the author uses the Use Case Point (UCP) method to conduct research. The Use Case Point (UCP) method provides an estimate of the size of the effort made, and whether this method is still accurate or not used for making other applications. Therefore, the researcher applies the Use Case Point (UCP) method to the application for the Accreditation of Criteria 5 and 6 of the IT-PLN Informatics Study Program.

The results of research conducted on the Criteria 5 and 6 Accreditation Application project in the IT-PLN Informatics Study Program, resulted in a new application that can simplify the accreditation process. This accreditation application is designed on a low-code-based powerapps platform. The estimated effort value is 3251 hours and the actual effort is 721.6 hours, the results are MMRE 0.78 and MMER 3.5. So that the Use Case Point Method is not accurate when implemented in the Application for Accreditation of Criteria 5 and 6 of the IT-PLN Informatics Study Program.

Metode Use Case Point (UCP) ini pada aplikasi Akreditasi Kriteria 5 dan 6 Prodi Informatika IT-PLN.

Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap proyek Aplikasi Akreditsai Kriteria 5 dan 6 di Prodi Informatika IT-PLN, menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi baru yang dapat untuk
mempermudah dalam proses akreditasi. Aplikasi Akreditasi ini dirancang di platfrom powerapps berbasis lowcode..Nilai estimasi effort 3251 jam dan aktual effort 721,6 jam,
