Abstract
Di era transformasi digital, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan. PT Kanayama Sukses Abadi, yang bergerak di bidang Telecommunications Infrastructures & General Contractor, menghadapi kendala dalam proses Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui email, sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pelacakan status, keterlambatan persetujuan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem ATP Approval berbasis Microsoft Power Apps dengan pendekatan Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) yang terintegrasi dengan SharePoint List dan Power Automate. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ATP Approval dengan fitur menu Request Form diharapkan mempermudah proses pengajuan tiket ATP, menghitung SLA berdasarkan selisih waktu antara tanggal permintaan dengan keputusan approval atau reject, serta menghasilkan laporan yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta mendukung transformasi digital di PT Kanayama Sukses Abadi.
In the era of digital transformation, the utilization of information technology has become essential to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. PT Kanayama Sukses Abadi, operating in the field of Telecommunications Infrastructures & General Contractor, faces challenges in the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) process, which is still carried out manually via email, resulting in difficulties in tracking request status, delays in approvals, and lack of transparency. This study aims to design and develop an ATP Approval system based on Microsoft Power Apps using the Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) approach integrated with SharePoint List and Power Automate. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the ATP Approval system with the Request Form menu feature is expected to simplify the submission process of ATP tickets, calculate SLA based on the time difference between the request date and the approval or rejection decision, and provide reports that are more transparent and accountable. Thus, this system contributes to improving efficiency, accuracy, and supporting the digital transformation efforts at PT Kanayama Sukses Abadi.
