Evaluasi ketercapaian materi pelatihan sertifikasi di ITCC sebelumnya hanya dilakukan oleh proctor secara manual, sehingga kurang objektif dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem evaluasi berbasis web dengan pendekatan multi reviewer yang melibatkan peserta, trainer, dan proctor. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan metode Weighted average dengan bobot: peserta 40%, trainer 35%, dan proctor 25%. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agil scrum melalui empat Sprint, menghasilkan fitur seperti login peran, form evaluasi digital, kalkulasi otomatis, dashboard visualisasi, dan ekspor laporan ke Excel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik dan lebih unggul dari sistem sebelumnya dalam hal kecepatan, objektivitas, dan pelaporan.

The evaluation of material achievement in certification training at ITCC was previously carried out manually by the proctor alone, making the process less objective and inefficient. This study developed a web-based evaluation system using a multi reviewer approach that involves participants, trainers, and proctors. The final score is calculated using the Weighted average method with weights assigned as follows: participants 40%, trainers 35%, and proctors 25%. The system was developed using the Agil scrum methodology through four Sprints, resulting in features such as role-based login, digital evaluation forms, automatic calculations, visual dashboards, and Excel report exports. Testing results showed that the system runs well and performs better than the previous manual system in terms of speed, objectivity, and reporting.
