Abstract

Transformator tegangan tinggi merupakan salah satu aset kritikal dalam sistem transmisi dan distribusi tenaga listrik. Through Fault Current (TFC) merupakan arus gangguan yang berasal dari jaringan sisi sekunder transformator, meskipun jarang yang menyebabkan kegagalan langsung, namun memiliki efek komulatif yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan transformator. Salah satu ancaman utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan keandalan transformator tegangan tinggi adalah arus gangguan, khususnya Through Fault Current (TFC), yang terjadi saat adanya gangguan penyulang atau pada sistem tegangan sekunder 20kV. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis mendalam terhadap TFC sebagai salah satu parameter penting dalam menilai risiko transformator untuk pengelolaan asset. Selain TFC, penting juga untuk memperhitungkan kritikaliti aset dalam pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan transformator tegangan tinggi. Terdapat 268 unit Transformator Tegangan Tinggi yang dianalisa pada skripsi ini. Trafo tersebut tersebar di wilayah Jawa Timur dengan rentang daya 10 MVA hingga 60 MVA. 4. Berdasarkan pemetaan, sebanyak 5 Trafo masuk Prioritas 1, 16 Trafo masuk Prioritas 2, 41 trafo Prioritas 3, 161 Trafo Prioritas 4, dan 45 Trafo Prioritas 5. Terdapat rekomendasi yang perlu dilakukan oleh pengelola asset. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan perlakuan yang tepat untuk masing-masing trafo yang kondisinya berbedabeda dengan mempertimbangkan keadalan dan keekonomian. terdapat 5 trafo dengan Prioritas 1 di area Jawa Timur.

High voltage transformers are one of the critical assets in the power transmission and distribution system. Through Fault Current (TFC) is a fault current originating from the secondary side of the transformer network. Although it rarely causes immediate failure, it has a cumulative effect that can lead to transformer failure. One of the main threats that can affect the performance and reliability of high voltage transformers is fault current, especially Through Fault Current (TFC), which occurs when there is a feeder disturbance or in the 20kV secondary voltage system. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of TFC is needed as one of the important parameters in assessing transformer risk for asset management. In addition to TFC, it is also important to consider the BAY of assets in the management and maintenance of high voltage transformers. There are 268 High Voltage Transformer units analyzed in this thesis. The transformers are spread across East Java with a power range of 10 MVA to 60 MVA. 4. Based on the mapping, as many as 5 Transformers are in Priority 1, 16 Transformers are in Priority 2, 41 Transformers are in Priority 3, 161 Transformers are in Priority 4, and 45 Transformers are in Priority 5. There are recommendations that need to be carried out by the asset owner. This aims to provide the right treatment for each transformer with different conditions by considering reliability and economy. There are 5 transformers with Priority 1 in the East Java area.
